Ngatia to represent Kenya at Invest in Africa Summit

Kenya Chambers of Commerce and Industry President Richard will be among the keynote speakers at the Invest in Africa Summit that will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The event that brings together over 30 African Countries will be held on 1st and 2nd at the Royal Tropical Institute.

It will bring together over 400 delegates and investors.

Ngatia will also be attending the event in his capacity as the special envoy for trade- a new role given to him by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The conference is focused on highlighting Africa’s investment opportunities while creating an opportunity for entrepreneurs.

The 2 day event conference will focus on highlighting Africa’s investment opportunities while creating an opportunity for entrepreneurs, government delegations and business leaders to meet with investors.

It will also provide a unique platform to gain strategic knowledge about African investment opportunities and business networking.

Topics of discussion will include economic opportunities such as manufacturing and infrastructural development, Agribusiness, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, transportation, Digital Technology , Tourism, Financing Start Ups and Micro Finance, Women in Business, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Fintech.

Ngatia said that he will also insist on promoting and facilitating international trade between Africa and Europe.

” This will help to facilitate Direct Investments into Africa and connect foreign companies with competent authorities, and businesses from Africa,” Ngatia said.

He will be among the over 50 speakers who will provide detailed insight into the economic transformation that many parts of Africa are currently experiencing.
