Optiven Real Estate, under the leadership of George Wachiuri, continues to make significant progress in enabling Kenyans to acquire affordable and upgraded lands for housing and investment.
During an interview with the media, Optiven CEO George Wachiuri said that they are committed to providing quality and affordable land solutions to Kenyans including those living abroad.
Wachiuri noted that one of the unique features of Optiven is its different levels of projects that cater to different budget needs among their members.
Wachiuri noted that these levels are based on location and proximity to infrastructure, and market prices are determined accordingly.
He said the company has four different levels of projects: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Sapphire.
“At the Platinum Level, Optiven offers sophisticated value additions such as paved cabro roads, CCTV, stone perimeter fencing, and a spectacular entry gate, among other features, “he said.
The Gold Level, on the other hand, features mesh fencing using concrete posts, gates, and solar street lights.
Wachiuri said the properties under the Silver Level come with mesh fences, trees, gates, and murram roads, while those under the Bronze Level feature a marking fence and graded roads.
The Sapphire Level, on the other hand, offers bare properties that are targeted at investors looking to do land banking.
He noted that their flagship product is transformed value-added plots which are particularly enhanced to suit immediate residential settlement, commercial purposes, and futuristic capital gain
“We have prime plots on sale in Kiambu, Malindi, Thika (Gatanga Road), Machakos, Kitengela, Nyeri, Nanyuki, Kisumu, Naivasha, Naro Moru, Malindi, Konza and Kajiado,” he said.
He noted that Optiven has won several awards in recognition of its outstanding performance in the real estate sector.
