In the spirit of Easter, Dr. Ekrah Ndungu, the Chief Executive Officer of the German Institute of Professional Studies and Chair of the Kenya National Private Colleges Association (KENAPCO), shares a message of gratitude, reflection, and inspiration. Dr. Ndungu, known for her iconic presence, intellect, and unwavering positivity, recently celebrated a significant personal achievement – graduating with an Executive MBA in Leadership and Management in Dubai.

Expressing her thanks for the opportunity, Dr. Ndungu emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning in the modern age. “In this 21st century, everyone needs to keep sharpening their skills and broaden their thinking,” she remarks, highlighting her commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

When asked about her ability to juggle multiple roles and pursuits, Dr. Ndungu exudes her trademark charm and humor.

“There’s plenty of time,” she quips, noting her penchant for social media banter and future aspirations to pursue degrees in theology and counseling psychology. “As a leader, one needs to be multifaceted and skilled,” she adds, underscoring the importance of versatility and empathy in leadership.

Dr Ekrah said ,Leaders today are complaining about GEN-Z forgetting that Alpha generation is in the university now. In 2 years they’re in our work places as a leader the future is tougher,preparation is key.

Reflecting on the evolving landscape of leadership, Dr. Ndungu stresses the need for preparedness in the face of emerging challenges, particularly with the rise of Generation Z in the workforce. “The future is tougher, and preparation is key,” she asserts, urging leaders to adapt and embrace change proactively.

Amidst her professional pursuits, Dr. Ndungu remains steadfast in her faith and acknowledges the significance of Easter. “Through Jesus’ death on the Cross and eventual resurrection, we have been granted a second chance,” she shares, emphasizing the message of renewal and hope inherent in the Easter story.
