Telkom Kenya Network Service provider has awarded free 200 MBs to their customers for being patient when they were solving their network.
“Dear Customer, thank you for your patience and understanding, while we worked tirelessly to restore your service, last week. We value your partnership, support and confidence to let us provide you with your technology product of choice,” they said in a statement.
Last week for a period of 24 hours, the Network Service providers had a problem which made them be offline but they managed to restore the services.
The 200 MBs is a reward to their loyal customers.
“Further to not billing you, our Mobile customer, for the period starting 6:00 pm, Wednesday, January 19, 2022 through to 6:00 pm, Thursday, January 20, 2022, we are now extending a 200MB bundle to you, valid for 1 day. Thank you for choosing Telkom,” they added.
