Orange Democratic Party has affirmed the Nairobi Assembly Leadership list saying it was decision reached by the Coalition top organ.
ODM secretary general Edwin Sifuna speaking with one of the media houses said in deed ODM brought the names of Makongeni MCA Peter Imwatok as Majority Leader and Moses Ogeto as Majority Whip.
“It is true I wrote the letter as party SG and the names were endorsed by our party leader Raila Odinga and Azimio leadership.” Sifuna stated.
On Friday Nairobi Speaker Ken Ngo’ndi revoked his earlier communication that installed the two.
“Speaker has no role in party leadership he will recant those statements….” Sifuna added.
