A Tenant in Pipeline Embakasi been involved in a brawl with his caretakers brother prompting him to throw a used condom inside a water taker.
According to reports he assaulted the caretaker’s brother over row with the caretaker for playing loud music.
“He threw a used condom inside underground water tank after caretaker switched off power because of loud music.” said one of the tenants who witnessed the drama unfold.
The aggravated tenant became mad for being left in black out after the caretaker switched off power from his house.
