Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka has called on political leaders to stop divisive politics, saying it is a precursor to slowed development.
Speaking at Kapsabet Anglican Church in Nandi County while attending the Sunday service and fund drive, Lusaka emphasized the need for a united presidency, urging critics to accord the president and his deputy ample time to deliver their mandate for the people.
“Divisive politics hampers development; we should advocate for united leadership to deliver development for our people,” he cautioned.
The governor expressed his undeterred support for the Kenya Kwanza administration, assuring massive fronting from his Bungoma backyard.
The function was graced by deputy president Rigathi Gachagua and attended by leaders including the host governor, Stephen Sang, PSs, MPs, and MCAs, among others.
