Former Mungiki National Coordinator turned preacher Ndura Waruinge will this Weekend conduct Easter prayers and crusade at Kibra a move geared for healing and sensitization of those that lost hope in life.
According to Waruinge he will use the opportunity to reach to criminals,the hopeless and even those in drugs to persuade them to embrace the gospel.
He says his aim is not for the good people but the lost sheep who need light again.
“I am going back to Kibra because it is phenomenon to me,Kibra was part of my hood and crime zone..Kibra is special and I believe that everything that you start there will be successful so I am urging them to come out and join us.” He told the media.
From Kibra Waruinge and his team will visit Kawangware,Dandora,Korogocho and finally Githurai.
“We shall have a big crusade in Githurai and that will be the epic ..what I want to encourage our people is that never lose hope I was once a gangster yes but am now changed, God has given me new breath so that I do the same to the hopeless.’’ He added.
