59 percent of Kenyans disapprove the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Anti-Government Protest meetings by Raila Odinga.
According to a survey by Mizani Africa, 92 percent are from the Mount Kenya region with the rift valley having 86 percent and Nyanza having the lowest at 24 percent.
“Kenyans from the Mount Kenya, Riftvalley, North Eastern and Nairobi lead in the disapproval of the anti-government Azimio protest with Nyanza and Western regions leading in the approval of the protest,” CEO Mizani Afica Kiriba stated.
Further, 75 % of Kenyans believe the country is headed in the right direction citing issuance of hustler find, government response to insecurity, banditry and castle rustling being reasons stated.
The survey indicates that the Agricultural interventions by the government to improve food security and drought and famine interventions are indications that the government is going well as it is still young.
“The government is still young and we have seen them issuing hustler funds, responded to insecurity, banditry and cattle rustling,” Kenyans stated to Mizani Africa.
