Nikita kering has nominated in 2021 AFRIMA awards.On Instagram, the EX hit maker could not her Joy for the nomination.
“I cannot describe the honor that it is to be listed amongst such Talents! 🙏thank you @afrimawards voting Begins soon! Let’s bring this home!!🙏❤,” she wrote
The news of her nomination has been received well by her fans and close friends who have congratulated her and promised to vote.
She has been nominated among other Kenyan Artists including Sauti Sol, Khaligraph Jones and the Rash Band. They will together battle for the continental honors.
In 2019, when still a teenager, Nikita bagged two AFRIMA awards. Best Female in Eastern Africa and Revelation of the African Continent.
In 2020, the event for the awards were recalled due to effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. This year, they received up to 8880 entries.
