Eastleigh Airbase MCA,Abbas and Cityhall cartels are now out to frustrate governor Johnson Sakajas’ administration.
Led by Abbas the group tabled shillings 300 million payment request to City Hall treasury which was declined.
The requests were all fake and was never itemized in work plan.Documents in our possession also shows that no work was done.
“He touched live wire by not paying us..I can assure him that DCI will raid Cityhall untill that treasury is brought down.Mbona zetu hewa ndio hazilipwi… Nairobi ni yetu.. Myself and Abbas will ensure Sakaja learn the hard way hajui tuko Kila corner ” Fuad said.
Sakaja on the other hand vowed to deal with cartels chasing fictitious payments at City Hall.
“Mkioniona Mimi ni mwoga? Mimi Sio mwoga tumeweka system nzuri na raslimali yenu imelindwa huo mchezo uliisha..cartels you days are numbered,” Sakaja said.
