The political battle between Nairobi Assembly Majority Leader and UDA point men in Teso is getting hotter with ODM now dislodging UDA rhetoric in the region.
In recent clash Imwatok took former governor Sospiter Ojamong head on in a burial where he reminded him of his corruption deeds when he was the county chief.
“Wewe uliiba shilingi miliioni nane ukaibisha wateso Sasa hivi unajifanya uko UDA tuambie bibi yako umemwacha wapi kama sio ODM kumpa nomination Busia County. Chama ni ODM.” Imwatok told Ojamong.
He further asked the region to give Odinga support for better future.
Imwatok presented ODM boss with a contribution of 200 thousand shillings to the bereaved family.
It forced Ojamong and his team to leave immaturely after the crowd became hostile.
“Tokeni hapa tokeeeni”
The crowd chanted.
