Samsung Electronics has unveiled its 2021 range of foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G together with 2 new wearables.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G are the third generations of this category and they include improvements recommended by previous foldable smartphone users.

Locally the Samsung Electronics East Africa announced that the brand will be working with musician Tanasha Donna as a Brand Ambassador to highlight the Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G.
Tanasha is known locally for expressing herself through her music as well as her style which fits well with the stylish and trendy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G.The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 are equipped with IPX8 water resistance, so users no longer have to worry when caught in the rain.
Both devices are also built with Armor Aluminium along with Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus™ to protect against scratches and accidental drops.
In addition, both devices include a new protective film made of stretchable PET and optimized display panel layers resulting in the Main Screen that’s 80pc more durable than previous devices.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Pricing and Availability in KenyaThe Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be available for pre-order from 6th September to 20th September 2021.
The recommended retail price for Galaxy Z Fold 3 will start from Sh220,999 for the 512GB and Sh209,999 for the 256 GB variant.
