Ngong’ residents are now up in arms demanding former Kajiado governor David Nkedianye to withdraw his candidature saying he did little and instead plunged animosity among Agikuyu and masaai.
Speaking in Ngong town the recidents said Nkedianye incited Masaai to evict Mount Kenya people staying in Ngong’.
“Nkedianye thinks that we are fools he incited the Maa Community against us he now want this seat again to humiliate us we are not fools and he should withdraw his candidature promptly.” They said.
Nkadienye has picked Joseph Manje as his running mate in a move to win Kikuyu votes in Ngong’ a move that is now in limbo.
“He is a big problem we have in Kajiado, Manje be assured that Nkedianye is using you to evict your own people and we shall not allow that.we have stayed in peace and no more clashes,” the residents said
