LG Electronics has launched a comprehensive after-sales service campaign dubbed ‘LG Premium Service’, which offers free installation and live demonstration services to customers who purchase select premium products.
The initiative covers a range of product categories, including bottom and top freezers (400L and above), InstaView refrigerators, side-by-side refrigerators, all types of washing machines, dishwashers, OLED/QNED/NanoCell TVs, and UHD TVs (65 inches and above).
The initiative will provide customers with peace of mind by simplifying the purchasing process and optimizing product usage through expert demonstrations.
By delivering a hands-on experience, the campaign will highlight the unique features of LG products, such as the ThinQ function, helping customers maximize the value of their purchases.
After-sales services will be available within 30km of the Nairobi central business district.
