A police sergent in Nairobi has been arrested for defiling a 16 year old girl.
According to police reports, the juvenile aged 16 yrs and a standard eight pupil at Imara Primary School in Kayole on Friday the 25/06/2021 at around 10 in the morning was washing dishes in their residential house within Matopeni area when the police Sergent pounced on her
“According to the minor her inlaw David Kaperio entered the house, got hold of her, pulled her and dragged into the sitting room where he forcefully removed her clothes and defiled her.”

He then walked out leaving her sobbing in pain.
“After she recollected herself, she victim informed her sister one Florence Njambi who is the wife of the assailant through text message about the incident.”
The sister immediately rushed to her rescue and brought her to Kayole Police Station where the report was made.
it was then established that the assailant is Sgt David Kaperio who is attached to Kayole Police Station performing general duties.
She was taken to Mama Lucy Kibaki hospital where she was treated and discharged.
Preliminary medical report indicated that she had been defiled. The accused officer was later arrested and placed in custody awaiting to appear in court for the offence of defilement.
