Real estate Company, Optiven has embarked on an international tour in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the USA to hand over title deeds to their clients who have invested with them in various projects.
The company has several flourishing Strategic Business Units that include Optiven Real Estate, Optiven Foundation, Optiven Construction, Optiven Insurance, Optiven Homes, and Optiven Water among others.
Speaking to the media, Optiven CEO and Founder George Wachiuri said that they are now focused on building a more human network that leverages the strength of their talent.
Wachiuri said that the USA tour is specifically aimed to hand over the title deed to their clients who have invested their money in many projects that they manage across the Country.
“The event will be at Hyatt Place 425 7th Street South, Downtown West, Minneapolis, MN 55415, United States,” Wachiuri said.
Wachiuri said the Optiven limited is driven by a desire to make sure that Kenyans in Diaspora are accorded an easy opportunity to get their title deeds.
He said that the trip will help clients in Diaspora to increase their trust in the company and continue investing and also make the firm’s customers feel valued.
“We want them to feel treasured; that they are truly appreciated by Optiven. We have a whole team that is heading there just to deliver the title deeds. We want other people out there to know that there are genuine property companies in Kenya; that we are a company that can deliver. And this further consolidates our true sense; that Optiven sells convenience,” says Mr. Wachiuri.
He said that Optiven Limited has scheduled several talks during this USA visit.
“These talks will be centered on how Kenyans in Diaspora can build themselves and how to win in a world of many choices, ‘he said.
He said they are delivering the title deeds to rightful owners because many of these Diasporas have in some instances run into dubious transactions.
He said Optiven is a real partner that can deliver without any hitches.
“They have not been in their homeland for a long time and we are making life easier for them. That is why we are personally delivering these documents of ownership to their doorsteps,” he says.

In 2019, the company held a similar event in the USA.
About a month ago, Optiven in recognition of its 20th Anniversary in Real Estate opened a new office in Kansas USA.
Before opening the Kansas Office, the Optiven Group led by its Chief Executive Mr. George Wachiuri issued hundreds of title deeds to Diaspora investors in the United States of America as well as in several countries in Europe and Africa respectively.
