Korogocho MCA Abisalom Odhiambo alias Matach Mobimba have been arrested by the DCI sleuths and he is currently held at Kikuyu Police Station, Kiambu County.
According to Majority leader Peter Imwatok they escorted him to record statements at NCIC offices but upon completion with the commission they were nabbed outside by the DCI detectives who then drove him off.
“He was summoned by the NCIC on Friday .. I together with ODM lawyer were there but after the session they accosted him and drove him off..” Imwatok said.
“We shall not allow these arrests they know the owner of the dog and that is Raila Odinga Amollo Odinga let them arrest Raila.” He said.
The hay now given the police 12 hours to release him failure they take unspecified action.
“They have 12 hours to release him out of that cell ..we shall not allow the moi era to crop back to this country we shall resist and defend our rights.” Imwatok said.
