Nairobi County Assembly is now on spot for harbouring UDA politicians who have been pushing tenders to companies linked to Deputy president William Ruto.
One of those who have pushing Rutos’ looting ring at the assembly is vice chairman Nairobi Public Service Board Charles Thuo.
Thuo who have been in the board close to one year is the the main link in the cartel web.
“Thuo is the man in that board he has been linking Ruto to all tenders at the assembly starting with health insurance for staffs Speaker Mutura is aware.” The source said.
“Thuo is also the mastermind of all recruitment of MCAs at the assembly into that UDA party ….he is being helped by Mark Mugambi alias Ronaldo,” source added.
The MCAs have now called on Azimio Coalition to whip Thuo and his team before things becomes murky.
