Makadara member of Parliament George Aladwa has now found himself in hot soup following revelation that he didn’t utter any word in parliament in the year 2020 in a report released by Mzalendo Trust.

The revelations have not gone well with section of Makadara residents with many calling for his immediate resignation.

“Fundamental role of a member of Parliament is to represent his constituents, articulating their issues in the house and legislations how can you do that when you can’t speak in parliament this is a clear indicator that he has failed terribly in his constructional duties,” they said.

“He should be recalled a whole year an MP says no word this is a joke I think Makadara residents need a better person,” they added.

Out of the 31 MPs smoked out by Uzalendo, eight did not also make contributions in 2019.
They include MPs of Balambala, Webuye East, Mandera, Kilgoris, Kibra, Kapseret and a woman representative of Makueni.
