Mount Kenya region Has been called to obey President Uhuru Kenyatta as their leader.

In an exclusive interview with Taarifa News the outspoken Meru leader, Mike Makarina called on the leaders from the mountain region to organize themselves well as the government has already arranged itself.

“I want to tell the Mount Kenya region this, the government has already been organized let’s also strategically arrange ourselves. As we organize ourselves let’s listen to the president because we will follow what he will say,” paused Makarina.

According to him, the people of the region will only be included in the government if they keenly follow what the President will instruct them.

He said by the end of April politics will have taken shape and those from the region who are in UDA will be regretting it. He added that by then it is when that DP Ruto will realize how clever people from the Mountain region are as they will all have moved to the side of President Kenyatta.

Makarina said the Deputy President post will not be of benefit to the People be as when Mudavadi and Ruto struck a deal of working together they will be the only ones benefitting from the Alliance that will be formed.

The leader said politicians like Cate Waruguru, Rigathi Gachagua, and Ann Waiguru have now been overtaken by Mudavadi joining Ruto.

“I had earlier on stated that this UDA is just a joke and they said I was speaking out of anger. I said Ruto has a plan of finishing the mount region. Today am a happy person because am laughing at our leaders who are in UDA,” he said.

At the moment, the two horses in the Presidential race, Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Dp William Ruto are striving to get support from the Mountain region.
