Anthony Riungu is not a new name among the most vulrenable members of Maara community.He has helped encourage and uplift many in the community especially women and children.
Many know him as the man who has stood in the gap for many especially the poorest and most vulrenable and helped to uplift their lives.
Riungu is a God fearing man with alot of compassion and kindness in his heart for the people.He has been a refuge and helper to many in Maara.
Severally he has put his life on the line to fight for the rights of the oppressed and to be the voice of the voiceless.
He had helped reclaim land that was taken forcefully from widows and orphans.He has fed the hungry,paid hospital bills for the sick and was in the front line last year for the people of Maara when Covid broke out.
Anthony wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth.He struggled and faced many challenges that the people of Maara faced today and knows where the shoe pinches the most.
After he set up his business in Nairobi he went back to give back and to uplift the community of Maara that raised him.For years now he has been giving back and changing lives.
Riingu is a man that loves his people and can never forget where he is from.He is very patriotic and this is the reason many believe that he will revolutionize Maara and put it on the map.His goal is to bring Maara to the fore front and ensure the needs of the people are met nationally something that the incumbent hasn’t been able to do.
With his philanthropic and patriotic nature towards the people of Maara many believe he would be the perfect mp for Maara.
