Jalang’o has given a go ahead hint of the Luo festive event 2021. The good news by Arena Media which he also works for comes few days after the event which was supposed to be held on 28th August was cancelled due to covid-19 protocols.
He made the announcement through his social media accounts.
“Good news! We have been given an okay to hold the Luo Festival…we are working with the artists to know their availability then we party hard!!
Thanks to the Ministry of interior, Ministry of health, the police and the local authority, we will announce the new dates soon once we can assemble the artists again!! Full movie loading,” he shared.
Last week during when the Ministry of Interior cancelled the event, Jalang’o urged people to get the Covid-19 vaccine.
“The Government has reviewed our ticket sales and deemed it not safe to have the event take place because of the numbers. I’m sorry but we have to adhere to the regulations.
We immediately start the reimbursement of all payments made, tickets and every single loss incurred by the service providers who were already on the ground. Kindly go out there and get vaccinated,” said Jalang’o
