The Police have launched a manhunt for a form three student who hammered a nail on the head of a teacher.
The 18 year old student from Ainamoi Secondary School in Kericho drove a four-inch nail into head of principal after he was asked to clear Sh7,000 fee balance.
According to reports the headteacher had ordered the confiscation of the students locker for failure to clear school fees.
Those who were at the scene of crime said that the student has been notorious in threatening the teachers in the school.
Kericho County police commandant Silas Gichunge has confirmed that police are on high alert and are pursuing the suspect
