Fanaka Real Estate has unveiled its foundational arm to drive the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
The land buying and selling company which is also into property management, unveiled Fanaka Wema Foundation as they expand their services to community development work.
The firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Moses Muriithi says that as a company they are mandated to create “shared value” for the most vulnerable citizens.
The real estate property firm describes its mission as a simple one: to empower its clients and stakeholders both socially and economically
“At Fanaka Wema Foundation, we pride ourselves in piloting significant change across our focus areas, as well as driving measurable impact through our partners across target communities in our Society as a whole,”
He adds that it was the social aspect of this mission statement that saw it establish the charity arm.
The Fanaka Wema Foundation is a milestone for the Real Estate company that was founded in 2016 and sells prime plots in Ruiru-Kamakis, Juja Farm and along Kangundo Road in Kamulu, Joska, and Malaa towns.
“We seek to promote broad-based participation and partnership with other institutions and donor organizations aimed at building sustainable communities and to provide innovative solutions to Social, Economic and environmental challenges,” added Muriithi.
Fanaka has been closely engaged in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives since its launch.
