Senior citizens in Embakasi East Constituency have lauded Mihang’o Ward MCA Paul Kados for his mass contribution in development for many years as a leader.
They said Kados has been elected six times consecutively for his contribution in enhancing security and growth in the area.
Led by Kirinyaga Development Association chairperson Peter Kiama, the senior persons said it’s difficult to mention Hon. Kados without including his development records.
“Kados is a symbol of unity in this ward, all tribes have invested in this area. When we were coming here four decades ago, this was a forest with countable families but now the population has increased immensely,” Kiama said.
Amongst the developments Kados has championed in Mihang’o is clean drinking water in various communities in the ward, construction of various roads and the most recent sewer lines traversing through the ward.
Weekly football tournament sponsored by Kados has reduced crime rate, drug abuse and unemployment amongst the youths.
“Mheshimiwa Kados has been elected six times consecutively due to the developments he has accomplished in Mihang’o and now the new Deputy Speaker of Nairobi County Assembly,” Kiama said in title deeds issuance ceremony on Saturday at Kibiku area Mihango Ward.
