Isiolo county governor Abdi Guyo has been rated as the best among top 20 performing governors just eight months in the office across the 47 county and best in the Northern counties.
According to the new survey done by politrack Africa,governor Guyo comes 4th on the list of 20 County bosses at 49.8%.
Guyo who is aformer Mca and Nairobi County assembly Majority Leader was rated best in terms of performance ranging from health to infrastructure in his county.
Those who topped the list were Meru county governor Kawira Mwangaza at 53.7% ,followed by Mombasa Govenor Abdulswamad Nassir at 52.2%,followed by Murang’a Govenor Irungu Kangata at 50.7% among others.
According to the research, the study covered 47 counties ,290 constituencies and 1450 wards.
The study was conducted between March 28th to April 28th 2023.
Among the key areas Kenyans were asked on various Governor’s performance was employment opportunities in counties,health among others.
